Help Needed – Unable to Access My Outlook Account Due to Phone Number Restrictions

Dear Microsoft Support Team,I am reaching out because I am unable to access my Outlook account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***), which I used to sign up for my Instagram account. To reset my Instagram password, I need to receive a verification email at my Outlook account. However, my Outlook account is now locked, and I am unable to receive the verification code because Microsoft does not send security codes to Iranian phone numbers due to restrictions.I had no choice but to create a new account just to contact you. This is my professional account, and I urgently need access to it.Could you please help
