Headphones doesn't work after Windows 11 version 24H2 update

My headphones (Edifier W820NB) have stopped working after the latest update.I usually have to disconnect the handsfree mode so the sound isn't distorted.(Devices and Printers -> [my headphones] Properties -> Services -> Uncheck the Hands-free)But now, after the update, handsfree mode is always on, and if I try to disable it then the headphones stop working.I remember it was HELL to try to make them work the first time, but after the initial configuration (disabling the handsfree mode), they worked perfectly.Is there any solution at all, or do I have to wait for a re-update that fixes
