Hello, I received my lenovo thinkpad today, I was excited and while downloading what I needed, I mistakenly downloaded a corrupted file. Before doing that I created this account and linked my digital license to it and had administrator under my name in the account. I reset my PC from settings and when it restarted I first selected region, keyboard language, wifi, and I got stuck on connecting to a microsoft work or school account (I do have school account but they keep saying it’s not the organization desired try again).
