hacked and changed my email

Hi there i really need on help my @hotmail got taken they changed the email so theres no way for me to sign in. Please may someone help me get my account back ive you used that account for a lot of personal things. If theres any Microsoft support or agent or anything that can help me retrieve my account it would be greatly appreciated.
