Got critical process died stop code. No solutions are working. What do I do?

I have windows 11 recently downloaded and since then, some apps and programs were not opening and my computer would restart on its own randomly. Recently, it’s just gone into a loop where I can’t even login to get to windows. I’ve since tried the sfc /scannnow, tried the bism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth but I get the error 87 from cleanup-image not being recognized. I’ve tried the chkdsk /f /c. I’ve tried to do a restore point but there is not restore point made. I’ve tried to reset the pc to reinstall windows but get an error and can’t reset it. What else can I do to fix this error?
