Forgot PIN in Windows 11 login

I usually logged in to my Surface Pro 7 with my Face Recognition. I decided to remove the Face Recognition option and setup a new PIN. For some reason I was denied to set up the new PIN as I was told the it was managed by my organization (but this is my personal laptop!). I decided to restart the laptop and the nightmare begins - I wasn't able to login the Windows as it keeps saying the PIN is wrong.I tried the forgot PIN option but it just directed me back to the PIN login. I am using my outlook/hotmail as my Windows login but I didn't get an other option to login other than the PIN. Is there
