Fix not being able to add recovery phone number

[Windows Server]

I'm trying to add recovery phone number. It choose Egypt automatically but when I add my phone number it says "We don't support that country code. Add an email instead.". I tried to write my phone like this 01001234567, 0100 123 4567, 1001234567 and 1001234567. So what is the problem?
