Fix not being able to add recovery phone number

[Windows 11]

I'm trying to add recovery phone number. It choose Egypt automatically but when I add my phone number it says "We don't support that country code. Add an email instead.". I tried to write my phone like this [Mod Removed - PII]. So what is the problem?
