Files and photos are being deleted from OneDrive

This has now happened to me at least twice, that I know ofFiles, photos, videos and music are being deleted from my OneDrive, and therefore my computer, randomly, and without action on my part. Just by chance, on the two occasions that I know of, I went looking for something specific and it was not found where it should be. I checked the Windows Recycle Bin, and it was not in there. I checked the OneDrive Recycle Bin, and there it is, along with over 2,000 other files that I did not delete.
