Error when purchasing Minecraft

I try to buy Minecraft using my own Microsoft account but with my sister's visa card(she help me)I cant do the purchase on both PC and phone(Microsoft store, Minecraft official) and it always show error that they have some problem while doing my purchase.Also,My sister's card is active and have enough budget for Minecraft.
