Can't buy minecraft from Microsoft and official minecraft store

I am trying to buy minecraft for pc on minecraft official store and Microsoft and Xbox gaming but it won't let me buy it.I got this laptop from USA but when I made my account it was made in Mexico...When I try to buy the game it shows up as pesos (Mexican money) but than switches to dollars (USA money) I am guessing Microsoft thinks I am using a VPN to try to buy games on the cheap since I know people do this. But the thing is I am not using a vpn.. I lived in mexico and haven't gone to USA since I got this laptop.... Worse of all is more expensive in Mexico going for Mexico: 800 pesos = $40 d
