Error 0x8007016A-phone connect via usb wire

I have connected my phone to laptop with a USB to type c cable.I want to transfer files to laptop from my mobile.It shows available when online status when opening mobile files from laptop.I have tried the following things:-changing USB to c cable-connecting other phones-inserting USB cable to another port-rebooting phone and laptopnote that I have always selected MTP- file transfer option on my phone and kept it unlocked too.none of my devices sync to cloud.all files on phone are locally accessible on it and has filw location of device storage only.i will be grateful if you help me resolve th
