Error 0x80070015 "Can't get to your local storage right now", while trying to open an mp3 file on my desktop.

I suddenly got this problem after starting up my pc again. Before everything was working perfectly. I can't open any mp3 or mp4 files and I get the same error, being the 0x80070015 "We couldn't open [file name] as we can't get to your local storage right now. Wait a bit, then try again.". I also have problems with third party apps, like Spotify not being able to play (or load?) songs. I can also not play any audio on my browser on a site like YouTube, although the video shows perfectly fine.I have tried lots of stuff.
