Dualshock 4 not detected

For some reason, my Dualshock 4 no longer works with my Windows 11 pc. The controller doesn't even show up on joy.cpl, so DS4Windows isn't a thing that can help me.There are no error messages, the controller literally isn't being detected.When I use an USB cable, the controller just charges.When I pair the controller via Bluetooth, it's detected as "a device" and not a controller, hence it doesn't show in joy.cplWhen I check in Devices and Printers, it says "Game peripheral" but if I check "Game peripheral settings" it goes to joy.cpl, which doesn't have "Wireless Controller"Please help me, I'
