Drive problems -- what is CONSTANTLY taking up space on Windows?

Recently I' ve made 6GB extra space (deleting big files, etc)... after a month the whole 6GB is gone... Some apps are secretly draining my storage. WHY windows can't show how much space app costs me? It's super difficult to manage. For example last month I discovered that Spotify takes up to 3GB alone. ****
