Windows 7 HP laptop is constantly filling up it's drive

I've been cleaning up an old laptop, HP Compaq 6510b that's running Windows 7 professional. I've ran CCleaner done it's recommended actions and I've even disabled hiberfil.sys since it was taking up almost 25,000,000KB, now Pagefile.sys is taking up over 1,000,000 KB but something I've found more concerning is the fact that when I refresh my file explorer more space is being taken up, here I'll do it as I'm writing this it's at 631MB, refresh and it's now 644MB click on and off and now it's back to 631MB, what is going on?!
