Downloaded CSV files not showing Windows 11

Downloaded CSV files are not showing in either explorer or when trying to open via excel. The files have downloaded since if I attempt to upload a csv file via a website I can select them fine.Things tried:1. I have reviewed the previous thread on this topic and switched off the pop-up blocker which has not resolved the issue. It only seems to apply to files I have downloaded since I created a CSV file this morning which is visible.2. Selecting a different folder to Downloads to save to such as OneDrive does not fix the issueUsing Edge
