Documents Folder is empty / gets deleted

Hi there,my Document Folder from the quick Access is being emptied without me doing anything - this in particular is an Issue with one Music Production Plugin, I am using. For this Plugin to work properly there needs to be a folder in the Documents which stores the Plugins Presets File. When I do a fresh install of said Plugin, the Folder (STL) gets greated in my Documents Folder from the quick access, see Screenshot 1 (I have just done a fresh installation).However, after some time, it gets deleted from there without me doing anything.When I check the users available from the PC, I also find
