Device page refresh due to a hardware change everytime I unplug cable to second monitor.

I bought a new screen for my laptop since the old one was broken. I had to calibrate the color because it's just too bright but everytime I plug/unplug the cable it pops up with the error "The Devices pages javelin been refreshed due to a hardware change" and it resets the calibration every time. How do I stop it from resetting the calibration?
