desktop icon won't stay in place on restart

win10 22H2 19045.5487 Clean installFor some reason the desktop icon will NOT stay where I like to place them. I put system icon on far left, app icons in next column, and utilities on far right with games in next column to left. On restart, they're all over. Why My other two unit do not have this feature.
