We have two Lenovo ThinkPad laptops. One is approximately 9 years old, the other approximately 4 years old. Both have built-in DVD/CD players. We have used the DVD players many times in the past without a problem. But I can't remember when the last time was. When we moved to Mexico from the US a little over a year ago, my wife brought several of her DVDs with her. Last week she placed a DVD (not Blu-ray) into the tray and slid it back in...nothing. I placed the disc in my laptop...same thing."DVD/CD-RAM drives" does not display under Device Manager until I select "Show hidden devices". I check
