Critical Process Died

MY son's PC doesn't pass the Windows screen. When trying to log in it states "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your pin again" I go to click on it and it says" Your Windows Insider Build ran into a problem and needs to restart. When I use Shift and restart it directs me to troubleshoot but only Startup Setting and UEFI Firmware. I held the power button down and it turned off but nothing more. It's like its stuck in the same setting as if I haven't done anything. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me.
