Win10 critical process died, no repair options

After I installed the latest Windows Update, Windows won't start anymore going into blue screen. I had Problems earlier mainly because of My older ryzen graphics card. I have been able to solve these problems by using older drivers. This time though, I get the "critical process died" BSoD when trying to load Windows and even worse, I can't seem to find any solution since I can reach safe Mode repair setting, but it won't allow for any of the possible solution there (Not even opening console) since My password (local) is needed and Windows keeps claiming it's Not correct, although I'm pretty su
