Constant Blue screens in windows normal mode

Hello,Yesterday I noticed my PC was bluescreening alot which eventually lead me to redownloading Windows from the cloud from scratch. However after this My PC could barely boot into Normal mode without getting a blue screen. This lead me down an 8 hour long rabbitgole of trying to find solutions and none of them working. I have tried using devmgmt.msc to install the newest device drivers and I managed to eventually get rid of most of the yellow triangles however it did not fix the issue, Ive run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth many times too both of them returning n
