Computer will not enter recovery mode

My computer is on a crash cycle and blue screen of death, it will crash and restart itself repeatedly when I turn on then when I get to the screen where you press F whatever for whatever option you want, I’m unable to enter the recovery window to reset my PC every time I press F1 it just restarts and the cycle continues. I’ve tried entering safe mode, disabling, drivers and startup, modes, etc., and nothing is working.
