Computer keeps going black and crashing

Every time I open certain games and such I can play fine for anywhere from 10-30 minutes however soon my computer monitor goes black and then my computer restarts, this has only been happening recently and I'm a bit lost. Additionally, when I view the Crash in Event Viewer it says this "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffa10587eb1010, 0xfffff80175106730, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Re
