My computer is rebooting from a bugcheck

Hello. My pc has been shutting down on its own a lot recently. It used to do it also in the past and it only did it like once per three months but now it's doing it every day.The error on the event center is : The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xffffdd068a810010, 0xfffff80586d21120, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP.
