Child's login on Windows 11 not showing in Family Safety

My two daughters both have a Microsoft account that is linked to Family Safety.Works nice for XBOX. When they log in with their account on my Windows 11 devices, these devices don't show up in Family Safety under [Windows].Both account are linked in Windows 11 account management and under the family-settings.I have no idea how to regulate screentime when they're logged in to Windows and really need to be able to.
