Changing the language in Windows 11 is about to drive me crazy.

When working with Office applications in Windows 11, when I try to change the language using alt+Shift, the Office program menus open (I have to press alt first, otherwise nothing happens, even if I press them together sometimes it works and sometimes the Office menus open) and when I use the win+space shortcut, sometimes it works correctly and sometimes the start menu opens and the phrase " " is searched. This is a problem that is almost driving me crazy. Both of these shortcuts sometimes work correctly and sometimes not, which I find really ridiculous.
