Can’t sign in because microsoft won’t send me codes

[Windows 11]

Hello,I cannot change my account settings because whenever I try to send a code to my account, I get an error message saying “We couldn’t send the code. Please try again.” I have tried waiting 24h and nothing has worked. I am very frustrated because this is locking me out of my computer. Please help!
