Hi For one of my Microsoft accounts I have the following symptoms: I can log all right into the account and use it for O365 BUT if I want to access a BitLocker key or add a phone, I need verification codes... Microsoft claims to send codes to my recovery email (not a microsoft email) but I never receive them.
