Cant see my local disk when trying to change new content, i can only see my C: drive

My windows settings doesnt seem to recognize my Local Disk, only my C: drive it notices. The C: drive has a windows icon at the top but my local disk doesnot. I want to change the place where "New content is saved" but when i click on the drop down menu in settings, it only shows the C: drive not the D: drive. specificaly what my main goal is to try and move the **** where my games from my xbox game pass downloads. Please help would be really appreciated.
