Can't install windows 11 version 23h2 or 24h2

Hello,It is March 2025 and I wanted to upgrade to windows 23h2 or better 24h2.I have windows 11 pro 22H2. on a high tech Dell laptop.Windows Update doesn't offer any higher version of windows. The support of 22H2 did end in 2024 and we are now in 2025 but still no option to upgrade.Everywhere it is written to download the ISO File from microsoft website to install windows 11 24h2. I have downloaded it (March 2025) and installed it but my version of windows is still 22H2. There was only one ISO file on microsoft website.
