Can't change refresh rate to 120Hz in Windows

While on the sample laptop I can set a refresh rate of 120 Hz for my screen using Ubuntu Noble I can only do 60Hz on Windows 11.I have two video cards, and I installed the latest driver for both.- Intel UHD Iris Xe- Nvidia RTX A4000 Laptop GPUI tried from:- NVIDIA Control Panel (no such option)- Intel Graphics Command Center (no such option)- System > Display > Advanced display (the option is there but 60 Hz is the only option)I also made sure all latest drivers and OS updates are installed.Any ideas?
