Can't change account (SOMETIMES ONLY)

So on some microsoft things. mainly Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher, it doesn't let me sign in with a different account when trying to get a code, it only says sign in with an account that one, I don't want my microsoft account to be used, and two, the code isn't even sent to that account, I want it to be sent to my Gmail account and I have tried lots of ways, but it don't seem to work, if I HAVEN'T mentioned any details, it might be in my previous question about this BEFORE i realized it was more then just a issue with minecraft launcher instead of that microsoft account.(I couldn't fi
