Cant access secure websites

[Windows 11]

I have Windows 11 on a Dell Inspiron Desktop. It has been OK for several years. Suddenly I am unable to access any site that I have to log into (secure sites) I have Nortons 360 and Utilities and Password manager. I have uninstalled all these with no effect. I have flushed the dns and reset winsock and renewed all to no avail. I have repaired the latest windows 11 update. Other devices work fine on the same network . Using an othe network on this computer does not fix it. Something has happenned to a setting or driver.Any help greatly appreciated
