Cannot Set up my PIN and no longer allowed to send an email to myself to log in. Cannot currently use computer.

Reads: “Something happened and your PIN isn’t available. Click to set up your PIN again” “Set up my PIN”. When I click to set up, it makes me sign in to my microsoft account, and I then try to send an email to myself to create a nee PIN, but it then says “Something went wrong” and the “Try Again” option does not work. I had to press the “Skip for now” button, but now that menu doesn’t appear as it won’t let me log into my microsoft account.
