Can i set up separate password or pins for log onto computer and sign in to apps etc

Hi guys, is there a way that i can set up different sign in options on my laptop? For example a password to log onto the laptop that i can share with family members so they can use my laptop if needed but then an additional password or pin that only i know that i can set up for login to apps, websites and to approve payments on my saved links, pages etc.I use my laptop for my business and i have all my page bookmarks for websites i need to use etc and i have the passwords saved to use which i currently confirm with my laptop pin to say its me, this also includes when i want to make a payment w
