After downloading the latest update, I have experienced for the first time the blue screen of death. I'm not the most technical I admit so have no idea what to do and the videos on YouTube ask me to access things I can't on this relentless loop of the laptop trying to update, then the blue screen. Although I have managed to find out the failure (from descriptions in YouTube) being CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. This laptop is 5 months old and I was using it fine earlier today.
