BSOD boot loop after installing 24h2 update

[Windows 11]

I have a blue screen loop after installing update 24h2 on my pc. Just after an update it booted up correctly, but after 5 minutes it suddenly restarted. After it I can't login into my pc, also built-in troubleshooting software doesn't work. Furthermore when I use a pendrive with a windows installer to reinstall system it also doesn't boot. Codes I recieved: Critical Process Died; 0xc000021a, 0xc00007b and some more.
