BSOD when updating AMD drivers, with other random BSODs "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION"

Recently my computer has been BSODing like crazy. It first started when I tried updating my CPU drivers using AMD's Adrenalin Software, and has been doing so since. I have tried everything such as using DDU to remove the drivers, reinstalling AMD Adrenalin, reinstalling AMD Chipset Driver, going back to a previous version of AMD Adrenalin, but to no avail the issue continues. My PC now usually BSODs when starting the AMD Adrenalin installer and never gets past the express installation. It also sometimes BSODs randomly when I am away from my PC.
