Bluetooth mouse and keyboard keeps disconnecting after certain period of inactivity.

I have a Dell Precision 5690 Windows 11 Enterprise with Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and Logitech Bluetooth MS Keyboard. Bluetooth connectivity for mouse and keyboard keeps disconnecting after few mins of inactivity. (10-15 mins of inactivity). The only to get connected back is to toggle the bluetooth setting on->off->on. I've tried all the following: 1. Updated all drivers. Rebooted the PC.2. Reinstalled the drivers. Rebooted the PC. 3. Removed and readded all BT devices 4. Under device manager, Intel Wireless Bluetooth setting has been unchecked "Allow the computer to turn off this device
