Bluetooth keeps disapearing/breaking

Not sure whats goin on, but it seems to be a common issue that I haven't seen a fix for. Just finished this build last month, and now the bluetooth keeps breaking. Either it will disconnect mid use(just now I was playing a game and my earbuds disconnected) however checking the bluetooth & devices>devices tab shows its still connected, however if I try to disconnect it says it couldn't. If I restart or if this happens while it was in sleep mode then the the toggle will disapear completely and clicking add device says it couldn't turn it on.
