Audio keeps cutting out

Hi, my audio keeps cutting out for no reason. All my drivers and updates are updated to the latest. When i connect my steelseries artics 9x headphones it works fine. Once i use therm for a while my audio randomly cuts out, but it still says theres audio and my mic is connected. I disconnect them and it says ''driver error'' then if i press connect its a 50/50 chance it works. When i check device manager > human interface devices > Realtek bluetooth A/V Remote control target device > properties, it says in device status ''This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load
