Blue screen error: Critical_Process_Died

I just built my first pc. Started getting occasional crashes where upon startup loading into desktop it would freeze and show blue screen with said error. It didn't happen every startup, but later same day it would happen just about every startup. I reapplied thermal paste, tried fixing it in windows safe mode, did the backup and basically went through the whole windows setup again. Still keep getting crashes occasionally. I believe it has nothing to do with cpu overheating, because I reapplied thermal paste and it runs the same as before. And temperature is normal, furthermore it didn't crash
