Blank pc screen

I have problem with my computer,my screen goes blank when i open certain app on my computer,after my pc get blank, i cant move my cursor and my keyboard are off. I cant do anything about this so i need to hard restart to make it normal but if i open some app it will go blank again.I have do so many thing like reset window 10 but still same.any solution?
