Bitlocker recovery key for laptop bought from ecommerce portal with Windows 10 pre-installed in it

Hi Team, I had bought my Redmibook Pro laptop from ecommerce portal Flipkart. Windows 10 home was preinstalled in it. Now, almost 2 years after purchase, it is asking for bitlocker recovery key after switching on. Xiaomi support team is asking to contact Microsoft support for this key. Please let me know who can help me with the key for my laptop
