Bitlocker Recovery Issue.

[Windows 11]

I have an error, unable to suspend/off bitlocker because cant find the specified drive. I tried renaming ReAgent.xml(C:\Windows\System32) to ReAgent.old but the system can find that file specified. I am trying to turn off bitlocker because I need to reinstall windows
