Unable to find BitLocker Recovery Key from my Microsoft account

Hello, I recently repaired my Lenovo laptop and need a bitlocker recovery key to use the laptop.When I follow to instructions on website and access my account I used in set up my laptop for the first time, I can find the device in device information.However the problem is when I click “Display Bitlocker Key”, the error messsage pop up says there is no Bitlocker recovery key for this device.How can I resolve this issue and find the Bitlocker recovery key?
