i have noticed that my windows pc is running usually slow and when i check the task manager the cpu usage is constantly high even when i am not runing many programs i have also tried disabling unnessary startup apps updating drivers and also running a malware scan but the issue persists are there any advanced troubleshooting steps or hidden settings that could help reduce cpu usage and improve performance?
